What is our maintenance program?
Cloud9 can do as much or as little of the cleaning as you need.

If you're in need of a reliable weekly maid service, a bi-weekly cleaning option, or even monthly housekeeping assistance, our hourly housekeeping service is here to provide the support you need. We offer a wide range of services, including thorough cleaning of your kitchen and bathrooms, dusting and organizing, as well as deep cleaning of appliances and cabinets to ensure your home shines. With us, you have the flexibility to choose what works best for you!

How is this different from a 1-time cleaning?

  • We will perform an initial cleaning at regular rates to establish the time for a consistent scope of work

  • Cloud 9 will reserve your appointments for the agreed upon weekly, bi-weekly, or 4 week interval

  • We give you preferential rates on your scheduled program because of the consistency of your bookings

  • Because we don't require contracts, we may charge a cancellation fee when you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment

All appointments booked without Extra Projects are Standard Cleanings.  Vacant house cleaning add-ons highlighted in blue.  See Extra Projects and add other tasks in the form.

Kitchen

  • Wipe counters and backsplashes

  • Clean sink and microwave

  • Wipe appliance exteriors and polish stainless steel finishes

  • Wipe faces on cabinetry doors and drawers, as needed

  • Wipe dining table and chairs, do dishes, as needed

  • Empty garbage and recycling

  • Sweep and mop floors

  • Vacant- Wipe inside cabinets, drawers, and pantry 

  • Vacant- Clean inside oven, refrigerator, and freezer 

  • Vacant- Wipe walls and baseboards 

 

Bathrooms

  • Clean sinks, mirrors and vanities

  • Clean showers, tubs, toilets

  • Sweep and mop floors

  • Vacant- Clean inside cabinets

  • Vacant- Wipe Baseboards

 

Master Bathroom cleaning

Other Rooms

  • General dusting

  • Tidy the space, pillows, and blankets <5 mins.

  • Clean mirrors and inside glass

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

  • Vacant- Clean inside cabinets and drawers

  • Vacant- Clean inside closets and built-ins
